Service Description

Leonardo da Vinci, Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, Wilbur and Orville Wright – who really invented the first flying machine?! We may never know, but what we can discover is how to make flying machines all our own! In this week long camp, little ones will soar into adventure as they learn about the physics of flight by observing airplanes in action at the Leesburg Airport, constructing an army of paper airplanes to zoom through an aerial obstacle course, examining the incredible flying machines at the Udvar-Hazy Center, and participating in a culminating flying machine build-off where they can put their learning to the test!
