About this week:
A hands-on exploration of where food comes from! Campers plant seeds, tend mini-gardens, meet local farmers, harvest herbs and veggies, and explore soil science and pollinators. The culminating project is building a kid-run “Farm Stand,” where campers design signage, weigh produce, and share samples or goodies they helped grow or prepare. It’s nature, entrepreneurship, and STEM all in one beautiful week.
