What does the $100 deposit include?

Your deposit gives your family:

• Early-access registration (Feb 1–15)

• $30 off the full camp tuition

• Guaranteed access to select your preferred week(s)

• A printable holiday gift ticket

• Peace of mind knowing your summer plans are secured

The deposit does not automatically register your child — you’ll complete registration in February using your private link.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes! The $100 deposit is fully refundable until February 1 (just email us).
After February 1, it becomes non-refundable but can be transferred to another little adventurer.

How do I book my week?

On February 1, you’ll receive an email with private links to your hidden booking page.
From February 1–15, you’ll be able to select your child’s week(s) at the priority rate of $429 (regular $559!).

What if I want multiple weeks?

Each deposit reserves one spot for one week.
If your child will attend multiple camps, simply purchase a spot for each week.

You’ll receive private booking links for all the weeks you purchased deposits for.

When does public registration open?

Public registration opens on February 15 at the full rate of $559 per week. Bookings at that point are on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. 

What ages are the camps for?

Our camps are designed for rising 1st–5th graders, but younger siblings (rising K) may be considered depending on maturity and space.

Where do camps take place?

All camps take place on Harold the Learning Adventure Bus with daily adventures throughout Loudoun County. Pick up/drop off location will be at Mt. Zion Historic Church in Aldie for Camp Weeks 1-4 and at Fox ridge Park in Leesburg for Weeks 5-8. 

How do I receive my gift ticket?

After purchasing a deposit, you'll be redirected to a thank-you page where you can download your printable Summer Adventure Gift Ticket.
We can also email it to you if needed!

What if we need to change our week later?

Changes may be made as space allows. Email us and we’ll help you switch!

What’s the total cost with priority registration?

Priority families pay:

• $100 deposit now

• $429 balance in February
  Total: $529 (a $30 savings!)

Can I pay in full now instead of doing a deposit?

Sure! Just email us and we’ll send you a direct payment link.
